The CUA Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Administrative Assistant (AA) specifically supports the CQI team, but also works with the CUA team, including the Directors, Case Managers, Case Manager Supervisors, and all other CUA support staff. Individual must be able to calculates visitation percentages on an ongoing basis in Excel.  Track the submission of client files and outstanding items of the client’s file to subcontractors.  Ensures subcontractors and outside parties receive all identified documents in ECMS timely for audits, child profiles, outside requests, etc.  Coordinates with CUA staff by working collaboratively to obtain missing client documentation in ECMS.  Track all requests made to CUA staff for missing or outstanding client documentation.  Assist with filing, uploading, mailing, faxing, photocopying, and printing documents as requested.  Works calmly under pressure to meet deadlines.  Serves as a back-up receptionist to the Administrative Assistant whenever necessary.  All other duties as assigned.



  • High School Diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience
  • Organizational skills and a strong attention to detail are necessary
  • Ability to collect, measure, analyze, and interpret data quickly
  • Ability to create reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, children and families, customers, and the general public
  • Required skill level to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of complex situations
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
  • Attends 20 hours of training per fiscal year as required
  • Attends and participates in staff meetings and supervision when required
