As an employee of Tabor Community Partners (TCP) and Tabor Children’s Services (TCS), you know that the work you do every day translates directly into improving and providing protection for our children and families in efforts to support the outcomes for children initiatives set forth by Department of Human Services and Bucks County Children and Youth Services. Whether you are a life skills coach, case aide, well-being specialist on the front line of service delivery, or program supervisor directly supporting the business of Tabor, you have a direct and profound impact on the well-being of our children who come from a background of abuse and neglect and youth who are preparing to “age out” of the child welfare system and onto independent adulthood.

Tabor’s Job Bank is a proactive internal recruitment process that provides a system for management to bank jobs for future vacancies within the Agency in order to maintain continuity of services.  It also provides employees the opportunity to interview in advance for positions that meet their professional career path goals.  If an employee is not selected for a job, coaching is available after each interview to ensure he/she is informed of what skills are required to meet the needs of the job.

Jobs are banked when there are opportunities for positions to become vacant within the near future at either TCP or TCS.

Employees may apply for any banked job and become eligible to interview according to the following guidelines:

  • Satisfactorily completed introduction period with TCP and have served a minimum of six months in current position
  • Their last evaluation must be overall satisfactory or better
  • No disciplinary actions for previous twelve months
  • Paperwork must be up to date consistently
